HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Previous experience in customer service is desired. Basic computer skills and strong communication/interpersonal skills are required. Previous experience in service or dispatching is desired. - Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school. - EPA Certification (We may be able to assist if you do not have this). - MUST report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load the parts onto the truck.   - A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.  - Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis. - Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.  - All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.  - This is a non-driving role, however, to advance you must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record. *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
