What we are looking for:
- 1 to 3+ years of professional plumbing experience (installation of plumbing systems).
- Experience in residential service installations.
- Valid Texas Plumbing License Tradesman or higher.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

- Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school.
- EPA Certification (We may be able to assist if you do not have this).
- MUST report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load the parts onto the truck.
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
- This is a non-driving role, however, to advance you must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Weekends are required to serve as a Lead Generator with concentration on event planning. Two years of Training, Lead Generation, or Supervisory experience required.
Part Time hours include 20hrs Friday-Sunday
- Three plus years performing residential HVAC Service and maintenance is required
- EPA Certification is a MUST.
- Valid Drivers License

• In-home sales experience. • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus.
