What we are looking for: - 1 to 3+ years of professional plumbing experience (installation of plumbing systems). - Experience in residential service installations. - Valid Texas Plumbing License Tradesman or higher. - Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.    All candidates are required to pass a drug screening and background check prior to hire.     *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities. - Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school. - EPA Certification (We may be able to assist if you do not have this). - MUST report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load the parts onto the truck.   - A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.  - Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis. - Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.  - All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.  - This is a non-driving role, however, to advance you must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record. *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities. Weekends are required to serve as a Lead Generator with concentration on event planning. Two years of Training, Lead Generation, or Supervisory experience required. Part Time hours include 20hrs Friday-Sunday

JOB REQUIREMENTS Required Credentials: • Three or more years of proven success in outside sales. • Strong sales, follow-up, closing, and organizational skills. • The ability to self-generate sales leads. • Exceptional customer service skills. • A mind that is open to new ideas, methods, and perspectives. Preferred Credentials: • HVAC experience. • Ability to work evenings and weekends. • In-home sales experience. • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus.   All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, MVR and employment background checks.
