- At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC Installation experience.
- Comfortable in a Lead role with a Helper assigned.
- Working knowledge of local inspection codes.
- EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.

- At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL Plumbing experience.
- Water heater replacement experience is a plus.
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Prior experience selling residential services in home.
- Some locations may require HVAC specific experience.
- Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area in company provided work vehicle.

- Ability to provide an exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
- Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity.
- Ability to work assigned shiftand weekend rotation if required. (Discuss all schedule requirements at interview)
- Required to know the local area to assist technicians with maneuvering traffic and getting to residence in a timely manner.
