- At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience. - EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available). - A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.  - Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis. - Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.  - All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record. *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities. - Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school. - EPA Certification (We may be able to assist if you do not have this). - MUST report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load the parts onto the truck.   - A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.  - Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis. - Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.  - All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.  - This is a non-driving role, however, to advance you must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record. *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities. - At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC Installation experience. - Comfortable in a Lead role with a Helper assigned.  - Working knowledge of local inspection codes.  - EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available). - A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.  - Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis. - Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.  - All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record. *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities. - Prior experience selling residential services in home. - Some locations may require HVAC specific experience. - Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area in company provided work vehicle. - A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.  - Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed. - Willingness to go into attics and crawl spaces on a regular basis. - All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record. *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities. A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is preferred. Related experience and or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. An understanding of air conditioning, heating, electrical and/or plumbing is desired. A valid state driver’s license is required.   ARS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
