A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is preferred with 1-2 years of sheet metal fabrication experience. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience is desired. An understanding of welding, sheet metal layout, air conditioning and air flow is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain an OSHA Certified Forklift license. A valid state driver’s license is required if delivery of parts and materials are assigned.

- At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
- EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.

• Have a minimum of three years of plumbing experience.
• Must have a valid Omaha Plumbing License (Tradesman or Journeyman)
• Must have experience in residential service repair.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Bilingual is a plus.

- Two or more years of related Plumbing service experience in addition to training, or equivalent combination of experience and advanced training.
- Strong communications/interpersonal skills.
- The ability to regularly move, lift, and carry objects weighing 60-100 lbs or more to include water heaters, tubs, and materials.
- Must be able to climb ladders, work overhead, manipulate and maneuver tools
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling required.
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Residential and commercial plumbing and drain cleaning service experience
- Experience in residential service repair
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record

- Three or more years of experience in HVAC residential add on/replacement installation.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Working knowledge of national codes and best practices.
- Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal).
