- Two years of experience providing an exceptional customer service delivery through inbound and outbound customer calls.  - Inside Sales experience preferred with preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads.  - Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems. - Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity.   - Ability to work assigned shiftand weekend rotation if required. - Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school. - EPA Certification desired. - MUST report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load the parts onto the truck.   - A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.  - Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis. - Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.  - All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.  - This is a non-driving role, however, to advance you must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record. *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities. - A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
