- Three plus years performing residential HVAC Troubleshooting, sales, service and repair
- Willingness to put in late hours and weekends when needed
- EPA Certification is a MUST for all Techs
- Maryland HVAC Journeyman, Master or Apprentice License required

- Heating and Cooling industry experience BIG PLUS!
- Inside-Home trades sales experience REQUIRED
