A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is required. Parts/warehousing experience is desired. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. - One or more years of experience as a Dispatcher - A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices. - Ability to provide an exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.   - Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems. - Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity. - Ability to work assigned shiftand weekend rotation if required. Responsibilities - Must be able to perform a world class tune up and cleaning on residential and light commercial air conditioners, gas furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers and mini splits. - Must be comfortable with customer interaction which will include conversations about the customer’s system condition, system enhancements and indoor air quality solutions. - 3-5 years minimum supervisor experience in Accounting Department - Proficient in all Microsoft programs, particularly excel. - Exceptional task management abilities and deadline driven. - Superb multi-tasking and communication skills.
