- Ability to provide an exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.   - Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems. - Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity. - Ability to work assigned shiftand weekend rotation if required.
