Florida Home/ARS Rescue Rooter is a nationwide residential air conditioning company. We have been servicing the greater Jacksonville area for over 25 years. Our business is growing and we are hiring Lead Generators/Sales Support Associates.
The individual hired for this position will work as a representative of ARS inside one of our partnered Retail Home Improvement stores. We are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals who are comfortable approaching and talking to customers in order to generate appointments for our outside sales teams. In this role, you will be paid a base hourly rate AND have the ability to earn commission per qualified lead, uncapped.
