What You Need to Succeed and Grow with the Pros   Required Credentials: - One or more years of experience as a dispatcher. - Willingness and ability to work -Wednesday - Sunday 8AM - 5PM - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments. - Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals. - Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer. - High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education. - Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word. - Knowledge of the local geographic territory. - Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends. - Two years of experience providing an exceptional customer service delivery through inbound and outbound customer calls.  - Inside Sales experience preferred with preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads.  - Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems. - Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity.    - Ability to work assigned shiftand weekend rotation if required. - At least 2 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC Installation experience. - Comfortable in a Lead role with a Helper assigned.  - Working knowledge of local inspection codes.  - EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available). - A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.  - Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis. - Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.  - All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record. *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
