A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required with 1 year of experience in HVAC installation. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. EPA certification, a valid driver’s license and good communications skills are required.

Required Credentials:
- 4 or more years of professional plumbing experience, including residential repair and retrofit service.
- Experience in residential service repair.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be a 4th year Apprentice or hold a current journeyman plumbing license with City of Omaha.
- Experience with water heaters and sewer repair and/or replacement.
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus!

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related discipline and minimum of 5 years of general accounting experience are required.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required.
• JD Edwards & Successware software experience is preferred.
• Intermediate or expert proficiency using Microsoft Office products, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
are required.
• Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with ability to establish cross function
relationships.
• Proven leadership and possession of problems solving skills.
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems to include word processing, spreadsheet software and integrated ERP/ accounting systems

- Two plus years of HVAC Management experience.
- A working knowledge of electricity and air flow are required.
- Trade licensure is desired, not required.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- A proven track record of sales success and territory growth.
- Must possess a working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards. Strong supervisory, communications, computer and mathematical skills are required.

- In-home sales management experience is preferred.
- Acute understanding of HVAC products, services, and system design preferred.
- Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment.
- Highly structured thinker who can frame a problem holistically, break the problem down into mutually exclusive and completely exhaustive subcomponents, articulate what needs to be done for each subcomponent, and then actually pursue what needs to be done to completion.
- Highly organized planner who can manage multiple initiatives at once, proactively prioritize the most important initiatives based on future company needs, and communicate the reasoning as needed.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications are required. Experience with CRMs is a plus.
- Must have a strong work ethic; be self-disciplined, with a strong desire to succeed.

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential HVAC services.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- EPA Certificate.
- Valid driver’s license and good communications skills.
- Requires the ability to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc.
- Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds to include ductwork, furnaces or materials.
