What We’re Looking For

Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment
- Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required)

Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills

Sales or retail experience is helpful but not required

- At least 4 years of RESIDENTIAL Plumbing experience.
- Water heater replacement experience is a plus.
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.

What You Need:
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
