What You Need:

- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand

- 2 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment

Strong knowledge of gas piping, electricity, plumbing, and air flow

Unrestricted Journeyman license and HVAC code knowledge (preferred)
