A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred with at least two (1-2) years of customer service experience. Requires 4-8 years of skilled inside sales experience. Strong communication and computer skills. Must be dependable and have a great attitude as well. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. •Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is required. College-level courses in accounting are desirable.  •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibilities. •Excellent organizational and planning skills. •Basic proficiency with desktop computers and software applications.
