What You Need to Succeed and Grow with the Pros
Required Credentials:
- Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Working knowledge of national codes and best practices.
- Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal).
- A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
Preferred Credentials:
- Working knowledge of electrical and gas diagnostics and air flow.
How We Reward Your Professionalism
- Minimum of 3 yrs residential wiring experience - must HVAC wire pull exp.
- Residential exp. required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass drug screening, background checks and MVR.
- At least 3 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
- EPA Certification (Certification assistance may be available).
- MD Journeyman or Master level experience preferred.
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
