- A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 3-5 years of human resources generalist experience. Related education and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Including professional HR certificate
- Knowledge and understanding of Wage & Hour Laws, Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, FMLA, ADA, ERISA and COBRA compliance.
- Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required.
- Payroll experience is a must and Ulti-Pro experience a plus
- Computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with ability to establish cross function relationships

- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related discipline and minimum of 5 years of general accounting experience required. Related education and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
- Ability to travel to our Rescue Rooter office in Ft. Worth 20 - 50% of the time
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) required
- JD Edwards & Success ware software experience preferred
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Hands on accounting experience required
- Payroll experience a plus
- Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with ability to establish cross function relationships
