- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required with 4-6 years of experience in HVAC service operations management.
- Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred.
- A working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electricity and air flow are required. Trade licensure is desired.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must possess a working knowledge of local codes and general industry standards.
