What You’ll Do:

• Perform all stages of HVAC installation in new construction, including layout, ductwork, piping, wiring, finish, and system start-up

• Read blueprints and work with builders, contractors, and project managers to ensure correct system placement and layout

• Cut, assemble, and install ductwork, chimneys, copper piping, drain lines, and exhaust systems

• Set and install HVAC units, air handlers, thermostats, and control systems

• Wire main power lines and ensure secure, code-compliant electrical connections

• Start up and test HVAC systems to verify proper function, pressures, and air flow

• Train and support assigned apprentices on the job

• Ensure all installations meet safety codes, local regulations, and company quality standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2–4 years of HVAC installation or new construction experience

• Completion of HVAC trade training or equivalent experience

• EPA certification required

• Advanced knowledge of carpentry, gas piping, electricity, and air flow

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Strong familiarity with local codes and industry standards
