Plumbing Service - Dig and Drain

Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 +, Hourly plus Commission Opportunity 

Sign-on Bonus: UP TO $5000 based on experience and interview

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber with a strong background in drain cleaning, sewer work, and residential plumbing service to join our team.

If you’re the plumber who knows how to diagnose a tough drain issue, operate the equipment needed to get the job done, and communicate the solution to the homeowner, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drain issues
• Perform mainline, sewer, and drain cleaning
• Operate heavy drain-cleaning equipment, including sewer machines, jetters, and other specialized equipment
• Identify the cause of recurring drain and sewer problems
• Perform camera inspections and accurately identify line issues
• Recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions to homeowners
• Complete plumbing repairs and service work as needed
• Provide professional, knowledgeable customer service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work vehicle and equipment

What You Need

• At least 3 years of residential plumbing experience

• • Strong drain and sewer experience
  • Comfortable operating heavy drain-cleaning equipment
  • Experience with sewer machines, hydro jetters, drain cameras, and related equipment is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine the right solution
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
