As an In-Home HVAC Sales Consultant, you'll meet directly with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs and recommend solutions that fit their home, comfort goals, and budget. In this customer-focused consultative role, you'll educate customers on available HVAC options and help guide them through the decision-making process.

You'll have the support of a dedicated installation team, quick project turnaround times, and industry-leading warranties to help deliver an exceptional customer experience. Best of all, every appointment is provided by the company, allowing you to focus on serving customers and closing sales rather than prospecting or generating your own leads.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with residential, in-home sales
• Proven success in a consultative sales environment
• One-call-close sales experience is highly valued
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus and may be required in certain markets

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable accessing attics, crawl spaces, and other areas as needed for home evaluations
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on customer scheduling needs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and recommend appropriate solutions
