American Residential Services (ARS), the nation's largest provider of residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services, is seeking a Supervisor to support our Retail Alliance Lead Generation Program in the greater Boston market.
Working closely with both the Retail Program Manager and HVAC Sales Manager, this role is responsible for helping drive lead generation performance, coaching Retail Sales Associates (RSAs), building strong relationships with retail partners, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. In addition, this position will assist with supporting the outside sales team to ensure strong performance, accountability, and customer coverage seven days per week.
