We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support daily office and HR operations in our Norcross, GA office. This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience and some HR exposure who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to HR and office leadership
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork, new hire packets, and employee documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems for employee and office records
  • Answer phones and assist employees, candidates, and visitors professionally
  • Support scheduling, reporting, data entry, and general office coordination
  • Prepare and manage HR-related documents and communications
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
  • Assist with miscellaneous office projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

What You Need

  • Previous HR administrative or support experience required
  • Some HR or onboarding experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
