We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk to manage inventory, receive shipments, and support field teams by organizing and distributing HVAC parts, equipment, and materials needed for service and installation jobs.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Inventory Clerk, you will help manage inventory and ensure technicians have the materials needed to complete HVAC service and installation jobs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify purchase orders against packing slips and invoices

  • Enter parts and inventory information into warehouse systems for tracking and accuracy

  • Organize and distribute HVAC parts, tools, and materials to installation and service teams

  • Pull and stage materials for scheduled jobs and department requests

  • Maintain inventory lists and ensure accurate stock levels for HVAC parts and supplies

  • Investigate discrepancies in shipments and ensure proper charges are applied

  • Manage parts and materials inventory levels and place orders when necessary

  • Conduct vehicle inventory checks to ensure service trucks are properly stocked

  • Inspect tools, equipment, and parts to ensure technicians have what they need for scheduled work

  • Perform regular inventory counts and scheduled warehouse inventory audits

Qualifications

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Warehouse, inventory, or parts experience preferred

  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to lift and move warehouse materials and HVAC equipment

  • Reliable work ethic and ability to work in a team environment

Understanding of HVAC parts, plumbing materials, or electrical components is helpful but not required.
