Warehouse Helper

Pay Range: $18 – $21 per hour based upon experience
Schedule: Mon - Fri / 7a - 3:30p
Full-time, year-round work

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Helper to support warehouse operations and assist field teams by organizing materials, preparing equipment, and delivering supplies for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service jobs.

As a Warehouse Helper, you will support warehouse operations and help ensure technicians have the materials and equipment needed for service and installation jobs.

• Assist warehouse staff by pulling materials and preparing equipment for scheduled jobs

• Drive company vehicles to deliver HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supplies to job sites

• Coordinate deliveries and pick up materials or equipment as needed

• Receive incoming shipments, verify purchase orders, and store materials properly

• Help maintain service vehicles and coordinate equipment repairs when necessary

• Assist technicians on job sites when additional support is required

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area

What You’ll Bring

• Related experience or training preferred (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical knowledge is a plus)

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Strong organizational and teamwork skills

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting, loading, and unloading materials

• Dependable work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed
