Salary: $70k - $80k per year
Bonus: Up to $12k per year, paid monthly based on performance

ARS Rescue Rooter of Miami is seeking two results-driven Retail Program Managers to lead and grow our Alliance Partner Lead Generation Programs. This role is ideal for experienced retail leaders who excel at coaching teams, driving performance through KPIs, and turning customer interactions into measurable results. The right candidate will bring a strong background in retail management, lead generation, and metric-based leadership, along with the ability to motivate teams and hold them accountable to high standards. Bilingual English and Spanish is required to effectively support our team and customer base.
