HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $70,000 - $120,000 annually based upon performance
Schedule: Flexible - late starts available . Sunday - Thursday , Tuesday - Saturday and others.
Full-time, year-round work

We are hiring skilled HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems. This role supports homeowners by providing reliable HVAC repair, maintenance, and system diagnostics.

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will:

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

What You Need

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience

• EPA certification REQUIRED

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
