Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with permitting and permit tracking, especially if it is in the HVAC or construction industry

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple permits and ensure timely submission and completion

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city officials, and inspectors to coordinate and schedule necessary inspections

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

What You Need:

  • Permitting / inspection experience required (at least 6 months to a year)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)

  • HVAC or home services knowledge is a plus

  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
