Sales Coordinator

Pay: $18 to $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM
Full-time, year-round work

• Receives incoming calls from customers and enter customer data into the computer.
• Gathers information from customers for dispatching purposes.
• Inbound & outbound call taking, filing, and scanning.
• Correctly update all lead management reports daily.
• Enter information on all platforms.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

What You Need:

• 1+ years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)

• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred

• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency

• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)

• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends

• Must pass background check and drug screening
