Warehouse Specialist

Pay: $20 – $24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, year-round work

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations and ensure technicians have the parts, tools, and equipment needed to complete customer jobs efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Pull and organize materials for scheduled jobs

• Stage materials and equipment so technicians are fully prepared for daily work

• Stock service vehicles with required parts and supplies

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments

• Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks

• Maintain and track inventory, tools, equipment, and supplies

• Coordinate warranty returns and vendor shipments

• Operate a forklift to move materials and unload trucks when needed

• Keep warehouse organized and responsive to operational needs

• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and purchases

What You Need

• Related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred

• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems is a plus

• Valid driver’s license required

• Commercial driver’s license, EPA certification, or forklift license may be required depending on location

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
