Customer Service Representative

• This friendly professional will answer customer calls within a busy office environment
• Schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system.
• Respond in a timely fashion to customer queries.
• Take care of our customers’ needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.

What do you need

• Customer Excellence: Ability to provide an exceptional delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products and multi-line phone systems.
• Attendance: Must report daily to our office; this is not a work-from-home opportunity.
• Flexibility: Ability to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as required.
• Qualifications: Service-industry experience or Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Compliance: All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment background check and a drug screen. Note: In accordance with California law, pre-employment drug testing for this position does not include screening for non-psychoactive cannabis metabolites.
