Responsibilities

As an HVAC Assistant Sales Manager:

  • Supervise and delegate Schedulers, which includes assisting in hiring and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting weekly staff meetings, counseling and training employees, evaluating performance and supervising work assignments to ensure effective operations.
  • Educate customers on HVAC system replacement, energy efficiency upgrades, and air quality solutions. 
  • Backup Schedulers as needed when short staffed.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure HVAC consultation details.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth and conversion performance for HVAC sales.
  • Act as a technical resource, training the team on building science, energy efficiency, HVAC options, and best practices.
  • Maintain daily sales reports.
  • Responsible for achieving planned AOR lead goals.
  • Attend Manager and Corporate meetings as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ yrs HVAC experience required.
  • 2+ yrs of Supervisory experience.
  • Must have HVAC Sales and upselling experience.
  • Must be dependable and organized.
  • Must be able to manage with a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to prioritize duties based on departments needs.
  •
