Overview

Pay: $150,000 per year base + bonus potential
Location: Northern Virginia (Candidate must reside in Northern Virginia)

This leadership role could support multiple Northern Virginia locations and requires strong HVAC industry expertise.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of In-Home Sales / Comfort Advisors across Northern Virginia

  • Drive revenue growth, closing ratios, and average ticket performance

  • Provide hands-on HVAC product and system training to ensure technical selling confidence

  • Coach advisors on system design, building science, energy efficiency, and solution-based selling

  • Partner with operations, install, and service teams to remove roadblocks and maximize performance

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales talent

  • Conduct weekly sales meetings and ongoing one-on-one coaching

  • Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and reporting to senior leadership

  • Ensure pricing integrity, margin targets, and customer experience standards are met

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of in-home sales management experience (HVAC industry required)

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, ductwork, system design, and installations

  • Prior experience as an HVAC technician or system designer preferred

  • Proven ability to lead teams to measurable sales performance goals

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Data-driven mindset with focus on KPIs and accountability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred

  • Strong math skills including basic geometry and load-related calculations

  • Ability to travel within Northern Virginia locations
