Service Coordinator

Pay: $22 - $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm or 7:30 am-4:30 pm
Full-time, year-round work

• Schedules and manages HVAC installations with sales staff and customers.

• Answers client and customer questions.

• Addresses and resolves any issues with installations when they arise.

• Issues purchase orders and orders all equipment for upcoming installations.

• Pulls all necessary permits for installations.

• Inputs proper notes to keep installation technicians informed of job details.

• Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.

• Provides excellent customer service.

• Other job duties assigned.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent plus 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations roles

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to possess detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and services
• Proficient in MS Office, problem solving, and the ability to remain calm, when working with frustrated customers and clients.
• Strong organizational and persuasive skills.
