Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm or 7:30 am-4:30 pm

Schedules and manages HVAC installations with sales staff and customers.
Answers client and customer questions.
Addresses and resolves any issues with installations when they arise.
Issues purchase orders and orders all equipment for upcoming installations.
Pulls all necessary permits for installations.
Inputs proper notes to keep installation technicians informed of job details.
Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.
Provides excellent customer service.
Other job duties assigned.
What You Need:
High school diploma or GED equivalent plus 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations roles
