Bilingual Spanish Sales Coordinator - Miami, FL

Pay: $20 per hour based on experience and interview

Schedule: Sunday - Friday, 11am-7pm
Full-time, year-round work

• Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team.
• You’ll schedule appointments, coordinate with field sales reps, follow up on quotes, and help drive revenue through effective outbound communication.
• This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy (up to 100 calls daily), and essential to team success.

What You Need:

• Fluent Bilingual Spanish AND English required

• 2 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)

• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred

• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency

• Ability to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role)

• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends

• Must pass background check and drug screening
