Dispatcher - Part-Time - Pacific, WA

Rescue Rooter is one of the nation's leading providers of plumbing and heating/air conditioning and we are looking for a part-time Dispatcher to join our team.

• Answer customer calls within a busy office
• Set and schedule technician appointments for jobs
• Enter customer data into the computer
• Respond in a timely fashion to customer queries
• Resolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements

What do you need

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education
• One or more years of experience as a dispatcher
• Availability to work in office Sunday through Wednesday from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments
• Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals
• Excellent customer service skills and experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer
• Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
• Knowledge of the local geographic territory
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
