The Head of Technology Program Management is a senior, hands-on leader responsible for driving ARS’s most critical initiatives that are enabled by technology. This role requires a highly capable operator who can independently manage complex, crossfunctional programs from strategy through execution, ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable business impact.
This leader will work across all functional teams including technology, marketing, analytics, finance, sales, and field operations to ensure major programs are planned, coordinated, and delivered predictably across the organization.
1. Lead ARS’s Enterprise Program Portfolio
• Plan, structure, and manage execution of high-priority cross-functional programs
that impact operations, customer experience, revenue growth, and operational
efficiency.
• Drive program intake, prioritization, and sequencing across technology, marketing,
analytics, finance, sales, and field operations.
• Maintain a unified and transparent view of timelines, dependencies, budgets,
decisions, and risks.
2. Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution
• Serve as the connective tissue across ARS to ensure clear ownership, smooth
handoffs, and aligned milestones.
• Translate business outcomes into integrated program plans with actionable
deliverables.
• Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to manage dependencies and remove
blockers.
3. Delivery Hygiene & Governance (Simple, Effective)
• Establish and operate lightweight, scalable program management processes,
including:
o Integrated roadmaps
o RAID and dependency logs
o Decision logs
o Budget/burndown tracking
o Scope/change control
o Rollout readiness plans
• Improve predictability and reduce last-minute escalations through proactive
tracking and communication.
4. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Deliver concise, executive-ready updates and status communications to CTO,
Executive Leadership and PE Partners.
• Surface risks early with clear mitigation paths.
• Build strong working relationships with functional leaders and stakeholders across
ARS.
5. Field Readiness & Adoption
• Coordinate rollout planning, communication, training, and change adoption across
sales and field operations.
• Ensure the organization is prepared for new tools, systems, and processes.
• Track stabilization, feedback, and performance post-launch to ensure value
realization.
6. Vendor & Partner Coordination
• Manage partner and vendor deliverables, timelines, and commitments across a
range of technology and operational programs.
• Track SOWs, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
• 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional technology and business programs.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage enterprise-scale initiatives end-toend.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration experience across
technology, marketing, finance, operations, sales, and analytics.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and ability to simplify complex
work.
• Experience working in large distributed or field-based operational environments
preferred.
• Familiarity with major enterprise systems, data/analytics initiatives, technology
modernization, and operational transformation programs.
