We are seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher to ensure our technicians are completing calls efficiently and our customers’ needs are held to the highest of standards. The Dispatcher will also take customer information from our customer service system and relay it to our employees in the field.

• Ability to provide an exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound customer calls.  
• Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
• Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity.

• Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation, if required.
• Required to know the local area to assist technicians with maneuvering traffic and getting to residences promptly.
