Pay:$18/hr depending on experience 

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm

Provides administrative support to all office management and sales staff. Organizes and manages processes and maintain documentation in support of the operation.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting customers to renew their HSP plans, handling customer concerns about current HSP plans, selling new HSP plans to customers. Dealing with collections for HSP plans.
  • Phones/tablets -setting up phones and tablets for employees, assisting with mobility issues, rolling out new devices when upgrades are issued by hastings, reviewing reports for active lines that are eligible for disconnection due to nonuse.
  • Uniforms ordering uniforms for new hires, scheduling for laundry company to pick up uniforms from terminated employees, keeping inventory of uniforms in stock.
  • Extended warranties -purchasing extended warranties for AOR jobs when they are sold to a customer.
  • Help with permits/inspections as needed-calling customers to get inspections scheduled, sending out letters, scheduling miscellaneous jobs to fix failed inspections.


 

Qualifications

  • HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required.
  • An Associate’s degree in business administration or other administrative training is desired.
  • Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
