  • Act as a learning consultant by identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and aligning L&D initiatives to department priorities and organizational strategies.
  • Support change management efforts through clear communication planning, resource deployment, and stakeholder education.

Sales Enablement

  • Maintain and optimize content in Mindtickle to ensure the sales team has access to relevant, up-to-date resources.
  • Partner with sales leadership to design enablement programs that support onboarding, continuous learning, and sales performance improvement.
  • Regularly evaluate enablement effectiveness using KPIs, qualitative feedback, and business outcomes; propose and implement enhancements as needed.

  • Proficient with LMS platforms (e.g., Learn Upon, WestNet Learning) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Rilla, Mindtickle).
  • Strong facilitation experience in delivering virtual learning and management training in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Articulate, Asana, Canva, SharePoint, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
