The Talent Acquisition Scheduler will provide support services by scheduling interviews for our entry-level, high-volume retail Sales role.  The individual hired will need to be able to work in a fast-paced setting with the expectation of 15+ retail interviews scheduled daily to meet our high-demand staffing objectives.

 

This is a temporary (6-month) position. 

Estimated duration: 11/10/2025 - 05/08/2026 with potential to extend or become a permanent role, based on high performance and business needs. 

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Recruitment team in promoting ARS as a great place to work.
  • Assist in phone screening candidates for basic job responsibilities.
  • Engage with candidates via email campaigns and Text Message campaigns. 
  • Outbound dial cold candidate lists to re-engage interest.
  • Review candidate video submissions (HireVue).
  • Schedule interviews for high-volume roles (15+ daily). 
  • Obtain interview feedback from Hiring Management. 
  • Follow up with candidates through the hiring process to ensure a great onboarding experience. 
  • Ensure accurate management of candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • College degree in a relatable field or comparable tenured work history. 
  • Passion to enter the Talent Acquisition industry. 
  • Proven experience working in a remote setting.
  • Accessibility to a quiet remote-work environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Ability to quickly pivot between priority tasks in an ever-changing environment. 
  • Compassionate to the candidate experience.  
  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to build successful inter-personal relationships with peers and management teams.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

This is a temporary (6 month) position.  While this position has the potential to turn into a permanent role, there is no guarantee of a permanent position at this time.
