Pay: $20-$23/hr based on experience and interview

Schedule: 40-45 hrs/week that will include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

As A Sales Coordinator What You'll Do:

  • Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads through high-volume outbound sales calls and customer engagement.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with field sales reps to ensure strong pipeline management.
  • Support the sales team by handling quote follow-ups, data entry, and CRM updates.
  • This role is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.

Qualifications

As a Sales Coordinator, What You Need:

  • 2 years of customer service or call call center experience (inbound/outbound)

  • Previous inside sales, appointment setting, or lead generation experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-volume call environment.
  • Flexible availability for assigned shifts, including occasional weekends.
  • Must be able to work in-office daily (this is not a remote role).
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
