Opportunity
ARS/Rescue Rooter, a national service leader, is growing fast across Florida. We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager – Manager in Training to join our leadership track. This position is designed for a high-performing HVAC sales professional who is ready to step into management now, with future advancement into larger roles within ARS.
We’re committed to promoting from within but also open to training the right external candidate. Candidates open to relocation within Florida will have priority consideration.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with branch and divisional sales leadership to;
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales performance targets
  • Drive revenue and conversion results for the division
  • Act as trainer and resource to the sales team on branch products, services, and sales processes
  • Hire, train, and motivate sales representatives to achieve goals
  • Lead weekly sales meetings covering strategy, competitive differentiation, and selling skills
  • Present weekly performance reports to sales management team

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience managing an in-home sales team
  • Goal-driven leader with proven success in a metric-driven environment
  • Strong presentation, coaching, and customer service skills
  • High ethical standards and collaborative team mindset
  • Ability to manage deadlines and meet quotas
  • Proficiency with computers and online tools
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
