Overview

ARS/Rescue Rooter, a national service leader, is looking for an experienced Business to Business Sales Professional offering commercial plumbing services to current and new customers. We are an established Plumbing & HVAC Company servicing the San Diego market and with us you will be able to grow your career and control your financial opportunity in a large, opportunity filled territory.

  • $52,000 base salary + 7% commission opportunity - potential total compensation range $80,000 to $150,000+

Responsibilities

  • Sell plumbing and drain cleaning services to commercial businesses and industries primarily through face-to-face meetings with business leaders in the field
  • Frequent follow up with prospects and customers to ensure positive results
  • Generate sales leads and obtain referrals from current customers
  • Contact, visit, and service current customers frequently to ensure quality of services
  • Submit activity report as required & achieve minimum monthly sales goals
  • Maintain contact with prospects and follow up with open proposals
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager for targeted industries & new customers

Qualifications

What do you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Related experience and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
  • 5+ years of successful business to business sales, prior plumbing sales not required
  • Ability to work with management & business owners is a MUST
  • Ideal candidate will embrace the value of building relationships for long term services
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
  • Hunter sales mentality
  • Strong networking abilities and cold calling experience
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and organization skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft applications.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record are required along with ability to pass background check and drug screen
