Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Remove old HVAC equipment and install new systems in residential settings

  • Start up, test, and troubleshoot new installations

  • Lead each install project with support from an assigned helper

  • Deliver high-quality work with professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience

  • Ability to lead installations with a helper

  • Familiarity with local inspection codes and requirements

  • EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics or crawlspaces

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Must pass a background check and drug screen

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
