Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
Schedule: Pay range $18-$20 per hour Monday-Friday or 4 10’s available once started
Full-time, year-round work

Responsibilities

What we're looking for:

 

• Maintain all customer service agreements for both HVAC and plumbing
• Track and reconcile agreements sold in the field
• Confirm the complete set up of new agreements sold, including creating a schedule for services
• Work with management to ensure technicians are trained on benefits of agreement plans
• Set up recurring billing for all monthly paying contract customers
• Post renewal agreements and validate for accuracy
• Track and update draft information as it expires or declines
• Process statements for customers who owe on agreements
• Follow up on statements to collect any outstanding balances
• Send renewal notifications for contracts that are expiring, includes mailing and calling
• Cancel agreements that do not renew
• Process cancellations per customer requests
• Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Need:

 

  • A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is required. Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong communications/human relations skills are also required.
  • Minimum two years of office work experience desired.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
  • HVAC or home services knowledge is a plus.

  • Some accounting experienced.
