Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

We’re looking for a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor with an HVAC background to oversee warehouse operations and manage a team of 2-7 warehouse workers. Must have 3-5 years of warehouse experience.

• Manage warehouse team: hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.

• Ensure accurate receiving, staging, and distribution of materials.

• Maintain inventory, equipment, and records.

• Oversee purchase orders, invoices, and vendor negotiations.

• Coordinate material deliveries for installation crews.

• Review and approve vehicle maintenance logs.

• Supervise physical inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

What You Need:

• 3-5 years of warehouse or parts management experience.

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance knowledge preferred.

• Strong supervisory, computer, and mathematical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
