Florida Home Air Conditioning, part of ARS/Rescue Rooter, is hiring a Branch HR Representative to support daily people operations.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for the Jacksonville branch

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations

  • Handle policy implementation, compliance, and documentation

  • Investigate incidents and partner with the Division HR Manager on escalations

  • Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate training sessions

  • Maintain employee files and ensure accurate records

  • Help managers navigate employee performance and feedback

  • Analyze turnover, track HR metrics, and support reporting

Qualifications

What You Need:

  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience

  • Ability to work full-time in-office

  • Working knowledge of employment laws (EEO, FMLA, etc.)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR systems

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
