What You'll Do:
Maintain and update the Real Estate Occupier platform and related systems
Administer all lease documentation (new leases, renewals, amendments, terminations, subleases, estoppels, and SNDAs)
Track and report weekly and monthly lease activity to the Director of Real Estate
Coordinate lease payments with Accounting and Finance, ensuring timely reconciliation of rent and occupancy costs
Manage facility move-ins and move-outs, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors
Serve as liaison between ARS branch management and landlords/property managers
Negotiate lease-related matters and ensure compliance with lease terms
Determine responsibilities for facility maintenance and repairs based on lease agreements
Assist with special real estate projects as needed
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial real estate lease administration or property management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision
