♦ Communicates with customers and departmental personnel via telephone, email and/or written correspondence to answer inquiries, provide information and resolve complaints.
♦ Responds to customer concerns related to price discrepancies, damages, quality of service or any other service issues.
♦ Listens and responds carefully to customers while documenting complaints.
♦ Investigates customer complaints by talking with all parties involved and reviewing invoices and records. Coordinates resolution of complaints with local management.
♦ Tracks resolution status and follows up with customers as needed.
♦ Processes customer satisfaction surveys and reports results. Follows-up on any negative comments reported by customers.
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred with at least two years of customer service experience. Customer Retention experience preferred. Strong communication and computer skills. Must be dependable and have a great attitude as well.
